Responsibility:
1、Take charge of the new product/program release & ensure the stability of solution for MPR.
2、Line sustaining & support line abnormal issue in terms of setup fail, low yield troubleshooting & etc.
3、Work with related BU/RD team for continuous improvement on yield, solution stability, UPH, Cost & project of quality related.
4、Low yield/abnormal lots follow up & disposition.
5、Line process optimization and improvement, new document/program follow up & update in system.
6、Customer return sample verification support, customer quality issue follow up.
7、Training test shift technicians to enhance line skill.
Requirements:
1、University graduate in Electrical engineering / Semiconductor device physical.
2、Minimum 3 years working experience in Semiconductor final test area.
3、Have relevant ATE test bench and development experience.
4、Be familiar with related tester platform such as ETS, ASL, Juno, PowerTech, Acco & etc., Minimize 1 or 2 platform.
Special Skill:
1、Able to use Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint).
2、Data analysis skill.
3、Programming debug skill. 4、Good written and spoken English.

◇ 负责进口备品备件申购，确保安全存量；
◇ 负责生产设备及治工具，计划并实施完成；
◇ 负责维修人员的上岗证培训及资格确认；
◇ 负责设备改进工作以有效提高设备使用率和利用率；
◇ 对设备供应商定期进行评估并对新设备选型提供有效的建议；
◇ 执行ISO 9001及ISO/IATF 16949质量体系和ISO 14001环境体系的相关文件，履行QPII-0101中的管理责职。

◇ Process characterization / optimization studies to determine process capabilities for meeting customer requirements.
◇ Technical input for "Standard Operating Procedure" (SOP) and "Work Instruction" (WI) to ensure the technical accuracy of repeatability and stability.
